What is Starbucks® Rewards?

Starbucks® Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards customers in meaningful and exciting ways.

How do I join Starbucks® Rewards?

You can join Starbucks® Rewards by simply activating a Starbucks Card then registering to create a Starbucks Account. There is no registration fee, however, the minimum amount to activate a Starbucks Card is P300.

Members previously registered to My Starbucks Rewards are automatically transitioned to the new program. Members simply need to update their password on the website or app, download the latest version of the app and add a new Starbucks Card to their existing account.

How do I earn a Star?

You must pay with your registered Starbucks card (or your registered Card in the mobile app) in order to earn Stars. You will earn 1 Star for every Php25 spent on beverage, food or merchandise purchased from our stores. Stars cannot be earned on purchases of gift certificate, Starbucks Cards or Starbucks Card reloads.

What rewards can I redeem with Stars?

Every 100 Stars you collect converts to a Reward Voucher that can be used to redeem your choice of a handcrafted beverage of any size (excluding premium Starbucks Reserve coffee and ice cream beverages) or a food item from our bakery and cake menu. Add-ons in beverages will be paid for by the member. Only 1 reward can be redeemed per transaction.

How will I know when I am eligible to redeem a free reward?

Every 100 Stars earned is automatically converted to one (1) Reward Voucher. Reward Vouchers are automatically and electronically loaded to the member’s Starbucks Rewards account and has a validity of 90 days upon issuance (exact date and time). Members can view and track their available rewards and its expiry date and time on the Starbucks website or using the Starbucks PH mobile app.

Do Stars expire?

Yes. All Stars earned are valid for redemption for one (1) year, starting on the date of your registration. Stars that are not converted to Reward Vouchers will expire on your Anniversary Date (date of registration) each year. For members previously registered to My Starbucks Rewards, Anniversary Date is defaulted to July 16.

Do Reward Vouchers expire?

Reward Vouchers are automatically and electronically loaded to the member’s Starbucks Rewards account and is valid for 90 days from the exact date and time of issuance.

How do I check my Stars and Reward Voucher?

You may check your Stars and Reward Voucher earned via your account online or Starbucks PH mobile app. Star Tracker in the website and mobile app account will only show total full Stars accumulated by the member.

All partial Stars earned (rounded to two (2) decimal points, unless ending in zero which will be shown in 1 decimal point) for each transaction may be viewed by members in the Transaction History of their website or mobile accounts.

You can inquire about your Stars from any of our participating Starbucks stores, by calling (02) 8462-6262 (Metro Manila) or 1800-10-4626262 (provincial).

What are other member exclusive benefits?

Upon registration, you will automatically enjoy:
• Earn double Stars on your purchases made during the first seven (7) days of membership
• Earn double Stars on new beverages on its launch day
• Get notified and earn double Stars on your purchases on a random day every month
• A yearly complimentary handcrafted beverage or food item on your birthday*

*Handcrafted beverage of any size excluding Starbucks Reserve ice cream beverages.
* Food item includes bakery and cakes but excludes sandwiches, salads, pasta or bistro box. Member must join at least 7 days before birthday and make at least 1 qualifying purchase within the last 30 days. One-time use only.

How will I know if I am eligible to redeem my benefits?

You will be notified through email or mobile app inbox of the benefits that you are eligible to redeem. 

Double Star Registration Treat 
You are eligible to earn Double Stars on all eligible purchases starting on the day your register day until 7 days thereafter. The number of Stars they earn will be multiplied by two (2). 

Birthday Reward 
To qualify for the Birthday Reward, you must join Starbucks Rewards at least seven (7) days prior to their birthday and has at least one (1) Star-earning transaction within the past 30 days prior to birthday.  

Double Stars on Promotional Beverages                                                                                                 
Members are eligible to earn Double Stars on promotional drinks on the first day it is launched. The number of Stars they earn will be multiplied by two (2). 

Double Star Days 
Members are eligible for one (1) Double Star Day every month. Double Star day is random. Members will be notified through email or mobile app inbox of Double Star Day each month, which may vary from month to month. 
 

Do my other benefits expire?

Yes. Upon successful registration, your Double Stars registration benefit is valid only on the day you register until seven (7) days thereafter. Double Stars on promotional beverages are valid only on the first day of launch, while Double Star Days are valid only on the day itself.

Your Birthday Reward is valid for redemption starting 6am on your exact birthday until 6am seven (7) days thereafter. To qualify for the Birthday Reward, member must join Starbucks Rewards at least seven (7) days prior to their birthday and has at least one (1) Star-earning transaction within the past 30 days prior to birthday.

Can I opt not to register to Starbucks® Rewards and still receive rewards?

No. Only members of the Starbucks® Rewards can earn Stars and will be eligible to redeem special rewards such as free beverage or food item and birthday treat.

Are Starbucks Card purchases of food items and merchandise eligible for Stars?

Only Starbucks Cards registered in Starbucks® Rewards can earn Stars for purchases of food items and merchandise.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Just visit any of our participating Starbucks stores and present your Starbucks Card to redeem. Be sure to check your rewards status online, through the hotline, or with your barista.

Are the benefits of Starbucks® Rewards the same in all Starbucks across the globe?

Although we call our program Starbucks® Rewards globally, the benefits are tailor-fit to the preferences of customers within a particular country, and may thus vary between countries.

Can I avail of Starbucks® Rewards in another country?

Not by using your Starbucks Card issued in the Philippines. The Starbucks Card in the Philippines is a locally-issued card and can only be used in the Philippines. Thus, participation in Starbucks® Rewards using the Starbucks Card/s you use in the Philippines, is limited in the Philippines only. Similarly, we are also unable to perform any transaction on Starbucks Cards issued in another country at this time.

What will happen to my old My Starbucks Rewards account?

If you're previously registered to My Starbucks Rewards, you are automatically transitioned to the new program. Members will be prompted to update their password in the website upon logging in. If you’re using the app to pay, you will also be prompted to download the latest app version and to update your password. Members should add a newly activated Starbucks Card to their account to start paying and earning Stars.

What will happen to Stars earned under My Starbucks Rewards?

Stars earned prior to July 16 under My Starbucks Rewards are already expired. A new Starbucks Card should be registered to earn new Stars.

What will happen to my registration and birthday treat under My Starbucks Rewards?

Registration and Birthday Treat that have not been redeemed prior to July 16 can no longer be redeemed in the new program. These will be replaced with new registration and birthday benefits.

What will happen to all my old Starbucks Cards?

Your Starbucks Card activated prior to July 16, 2020 under My Starbucks Rewards can no longer be accepted. Thereafter, only new Starbucks Cards with enhanced features will be available and can be used under the new Starbucks® Rewards program.

What will happen to the remaining balance of my cards from the old My Starbucks Rewards?

You won't lose your load. Your balance as of July 16, 2020 will remain intact even if the physical card itself can’t be used. Visit our stores to transfer your remaining balance of Php 100 and above to a new Starbucks Card from your account or unregistered card, while cash refund will be given if your remaining balance is Php 99 or less.

How do I check the remaining balance of my cards from the old My Starbucks Rewards?

You can check the remaining balance of old registered and unregistered cards by bringing them to the store or by calling the Customer Care hotline at 02-84626262 (Metro Manila) and 1-800-10-4626262 (Provincial). You can also check the remaining balance of old registered cards by accessing your account through the latest version of the mobile app. Once logged in to the app, go to Profile then click Refund Unused Balance.

Is there a fee to get a new card? Do I need to meet the minimum P300 activation amount to transfer my remaining balance to a new card?

There is no fee to get a new card. Simply visit our stores to transfer your remaining balance of P100 and above to a new and free Starbucks Card from your account or unregistered card. There’s no need to meet the P300 minimum activation when transferring balance from the old card to the new.

Will the new card issued with the remaining balance of my old cards be automatically registered to my account?

No. You should add the newly issued card to your account. To do this, login your account details on the website or mobile app and add a new card.

I have multiple cards registered to one My Starbucks Rewards account. Do I need to present all cards and will I receive a card replacement or cash refund for each card?

You only need to present any one (1) of your registered Starbucks Card. If you have multiple cards registered in an account, remaining balance will be pooled and given to you as follows: Php100.00 and above remaining pooled balance will be transferred to a new Starbucks Card; while cash refund will be given if your remaining pooled balance is Php99.00 or less.

I have multiple unregistered cards from My Starbucks Rewards. Do I need to present all cards and will I receive a card replacement or cash refund for each card?

If cards are unregistered, you need to present each unregistered card.  Each card will be treated separately, and the remaining balance per unregistered card will be transferred to a new Starbucks Card or issued as a cash refund depending on the remaining balance per card.

How can I replace or refund my load if I am using the mobile app?

Download the latest version of Starbucks PH mobile app to automatically display your remaining balance. Once signed-in, go to Profile > Refund Unused Balance. When you visit the store after the launching of the new program, your remaining balance will then be transferred from your mobile app account to one new Starbucks Card or issued as a cash refund depending on the remaining balance.

Once the unused load balance has been refunded, will the balance in my old Starbucks Card be zeroed out?

Yes. Once unused load balance has been successfully processed (either transferred to a new card or cash refund, depending on the remaining balance), the balance of old cards will be zeroed out.

Can I transfer balance to a new Starbucks Card with my remaining balance below P100?

No. Only cash refund is allowed for balances below P100. You may however use your cash refund and top up to P300 to activate a new card under the new program.

Can I do cash refund instead of transferring my remaining balance to a new card?

No. We have exciting rewards ahead that we don’t want you to miss! Hence, we will transfer your remaining balance of P100 and above to one (1) complimentary new Starbucks Card with enhanced features.

Do I have to register my Starbucks Card?

Yes. A Starbucks Card must be registered to a Starbucks® Rewards account so you can start earning Stars with your purchases. There is no registration fee, however, the minimum amount to activate a Starbucks Card is P300.

Unregistered cards can still be used for purchase; however, it will not earn Stars.

How do I register my Starbucks Card?

Visit the Card registration page with a valid email address to get started. An authentication link will be sent to your provided email address. Once email has been verified, register your personal information along with your Starbucks Card details. Click Submit and you will be notified once registration is successful.

Can I register multiple Cards under one account?

Yes, you can register multiple Starbucks Cards under one Starbucks Account. However, Stars earned are credited per account while load balances are maintained per Card.

Please note that benefits will be credited the first time you register to a Starbucks account. Succeeding Starbucks Cards added to an existing account are not eligible to additional benefits. For account holders with multiple Starbucks Accounts, birthday benefits shall only be availed of once a year under one Starbucks Account.

Will I be able to view my in-store transactions online?

Yes, you will be able to view all purchases and redemptions made using your Starbucks Card within the last 90 days.

Can I update my personal particulars on my Starbucks Card?

You can view your personal particulars by logging onto your account online. However, only your city, province, mobile phone, default card and email preferences may be updated.

I can't log in to my Starbucks account. What should I do?

Did you forget your password? If you remember the email address you used for your account, you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the log-in page.

Don't have access to your old email address? For your protection, we do not have access to that information. You may only change your registered email address when you are logged on to your account. If you cannot recall your registered email address, please try to recover your address from your email provider.

How does Starbucks protect my privacy after I register my Starbucks Card?

Except as provided in the Starbucks Privacy Statement, Starbucks will not disclose your personal particulars to any third parties. More information is available on the Starbucks Card Terms of Use and Agreement.

What is a Starbucks Card?

The Starbucks Card is a stored value card as well as a loyalty card that offers you rewards when making purchases at any Starbucks store in the Philippines. It also makes a perfect gift for any occasion.

Why did Starbucks introduce the Starbucks Card?

It's just our way of saying thanks for being a loyal Starbucks customer! If we can enhance your Starbucks experience with the rewards of using the Starbucks Card, then we’re doing our job right.

How do I purchase a Starbucks Card?

You can activate a Starbucks Card at any Starbucks store in the Philippines with an initial minimum load of just Php300. The amount will be loaded into your Starbucks Card which you can use to make purchase right away. There are no Card, set-up, or usage fees.

Where can I use my Starbucks Card?

You can use your Starbucks Card to purchase any item (except Starbucks gift certificates and activating or adding load to a Starbucks Card) in all Starbucks stores in the Philippines.

Can I purchase a Starbucks Card in the Philippines and use it in another country?

The Starbucks Card in the Philippines is a locally issued Card and can only be used in the Philippines. We are also unable to perform any transactions, including reloading, on another country’s Starbucks Cards.

Is a Starbucks Card reloadable?

Yes, reloads can be done at any participating Starbucks store in the Philippines or through online reloading. The minimum amount that can be reloaded is PhP300, in increasing denominations of PhP100; and a maximum amount of 20 cards with Php10,000 each is permitted on a account at any one time.

What is online reloading?

Online reloading is a feature available only to customers registered to a Starbucks Account. It allows registered customers to reload their Starbucks Card through the website using a Visa or MasterCard Credit or Debit Card.

Can I schedule automatic reloads?

You can enroll your registered Starbucks Card to Auto-reload via Starbucks PH mobile app only. It allows you to set an amount to be reloaded automatically to your Starbucks Card when:

1) balance falls below your set amount; or
2) every first (1st) day of the month.

You can cancel the auto-reload feature anytime using the Starbucks PH mobile app only.

Is there an expiry date for my Starbucks Card?

Your Starbucks Card will not expire so long as you keep using your Card and have available load. Only Cards with no activity and load will expire three (3) years from the last purchase.

Can I return or refund a Starbucks Card that I have purchased or received as a gift?

No. All Starbucks Cards purchased or received are non-refundable and cannot be exchangeable for cash.

Is there a limit to the number of Starbucks Card I can purchase?

There is no limit to the number of Cards you can purchase provided each Card is loaded with a minimum of Php300 upon activation. We can however limit your purchase to 10 Starbucks Cards per transaction.

Can I make partial payment with my Starbucks Card?

Yes, you can split the payment for a purchase using your Starbucks Card and any other form of payment (cash, debit/credit card, Starbucks gift certificates, eWallet) at our participating stores. However, only purchases made with registered Starbucks Cards will earn Stars.

Can I pay using multiple Starbucks Cards for one purchase?

Yes. Up to five (5) Starbucks Cards may be used to split payment for a single purchase. However, Stars earned will only be credited to the account of the last Starbucks Card scanned. If all Starbucks Cards used are from the same account, all Stars earned will be credited to the account regardless of order of scanning.

Can I return purchases made with my Starbucks Card?

Only purchases of defective merchandise with your Starbucks Card may be refunded in the form of store credit within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Purchases of beverages or food items may not be refunded.

How can I check the balance on my Starbucks Card?

You can check your balance at any participating Starbucks store, by calling our hotline, or by checking your account online. In addition, all Starbucks Card transaction receipts will include your remaining balance.

Can I transfer the balance from one Starbucks Card to another Starbucks Card?

Transfer of balance is only allowed for Starbucks Cards registered under the same account. Maximum allowed balance per Starbucks Card is Php10,000.

Will I be able to use my Starbucks Card at all times?

Yes, the Starbucks Card is an acceptable form of payment at our stores. However, we may temporarily be unable to perform most Starbucks Card transactions due to unavoidable technical problem or unforeseen network downtime.

When the network is down, Starbucks Card customers can still earn Stars on eligible purchases even if they pay using other forms of payment (cash, debit/credit card, eWallet). The transaction will be similar to a regular purchase using cash, debit/credit card or eWallet but will require our barista to scan your Starbucks Card to capture your account's information. The balance on your Starbucks Card will not be deducted. A purchase receipt will be issued with details of your Card as proof of an offline Starbucks Card transaction.

What should I do if my Starbucks Card is lost or stolen?

If your Starbucks Card is registered, you can report lost/stolen cards through the website, app, or customer hotline. If you have multiple cards under your account, you can still use the remaining cards for purchase. You also have the option to transfer the balance of the lost/stolen card to one of your other cards registered under the same account.

What is an offline transaction?

When connectivity is down in stores, we are temporarily unable to perform all Starbucks Card transactions. To serve you better at times of downtime, we will allow you to earn Stars on your purchase even if you pay using other forms of payment (cash, credit/debit card, eWallet).

We can capture your Starbucks Card information even when we are offline and credit Stars to your account for eligible purchases. The balance on your Starbucks Card will not be deducted.

How will I know if the store processed my transaction offline?

Our barista should first attempt to process your purchase using your Starbucks Card. If the system is down, you will be asked if you would like to proceed with your purchase using other forms of payment (cash, credit/debit card, eWallet). The transaction will be similar to a purchase using cash, credit/debit card or eWallet, but will require our barista to scan your Starbucks Card at the register to capture your account's information. You will be issued a receipt for your purchase with details of your Starbucks Card.

When will my Stars from an offline transaction be posted on my account?

Stars earned from offline transaction will be credited to your account within seven (7) working days from the date of your transaction, unless prevented by some unavoidable technical problem, in which case, such stars will be credited to your account as soon as the technical problem is resolved.

How will I know if my account has been credited the Stars from an offline transaction?

All transactions may be viewed in your account via website or mobile app. Once offline transaction is successfully processed, the transaction details will appear in the Transaction History. Alternatively, you may also visit our stores or call the hotline to check if your Stars have been credited to your account.

What if my Stars are not reflected on my account within the 7-day turnaround time?

Please be ready with the receipt of your offline transaction and we would be happy to help you with your concern. We will request for Stars to be credited as soon as we have validated your transaction.

Can I return items or merchandise from an offline transaction?

Only purchases of defective merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase. You may return or exchange the item in any of our participating stores provided original receipts are presented. You will be refunded in cash for return of defective merchandise.

Can I request for an offline transaction even when there is connectivity?

No. The stores are only allowed to process offline transactions only when they are experiencing intermittent connection or system downtime.

Can customers do an offline load, reload, or redemption?

No. When connectivity is down in stores, our system is unable to determine your current balances and Stars earned. Thus, we are limiting offline transactions to earning of Stars for Starbucks Card customers who choose to pay with other forms of tender.

Where can I download the Starbucks® PH app?

You can download the Starbucks® PH app for free from the App Store or Google Play.

What OS is compatible with the app?

For iOS (Apple), it requires version iOS 10.0 – 12.0. For Android, version 6.0 or above. If your smartphone or tablet is not installed with any of the supported OS versions, we highly encourage you to update your OS to fully enjoy the app.

What do I need to able to use all the functions of the app?

You will need a Starbucks® Rewards account to fully enjoy the functions of the mobile app. If you are an existing Starbucks® Rewards member, just download the app to your mobile device and log-in using your existing account. If you do not have an account yet, activate a Starbucks Card in store and create an account through the mobile app using the Starbucks Card. You also need internet connectivity.

Can I do auto-reload on the app?

You can enroll your registered Starbucks Card to Auto-reload via Starbucks PH mobile app only. It allows you to set an amount to be reloaded automatically to your Starbucks Card when:

1) balance falls below your set amount; or
2) every first (1st) day of the month.

You can cancel the auto-reload feature anytime using the Starbucks PH mobile app only

Is the account information displayed in the app real time?

As long as you have data/internet connection when you access your account through the app, the account balance and rewards details are updated real time. If you are offline, the account balance and rewards displayed is the details when you were last online.

What is the card number displayed with the app barcode in the PAY page?

The card number displayed on the PAY page with the app barcode is the earliest card that you registered to your My Starbucks Rewards account with an Active status. If you deactivate or remove this card from your account, the card number will update to the next active card that was registered to your account and so on.

I want to deactivate the Starbucks Card pooled to my account through the app. What should I do?

The app requires at least one (1) active Starbucks Card pooled to an account. You may deactivate your card through the Deactivate Cards section in the Pay page. Select which card you want to deactivate.

I want to change the name of my card. How do I do that?

You may change the name of your card in Change Card Names in the Pay page. Select any one of your card and click Update.

Can I install the app to my Android or iOS smart watch?

Accessibility through a smartwatch is not supported. Please stay tuned for future releases for added functionalities.

What is Mobile Order & Pay?

No time? No line. The Starbucks® Philippines mobile app for iPhone® or Android™ now allows Starbucks Rewards members to place an order and pay ahead before they reach the store. Mobile Order and Pay (MO&P) means you can walk in and without waiting in line, ask a barista for your freshly made order at the pickup area. The mobile ordering experience is seamlessly integrated into Starbucks® Philippines mobile app and Starbucks® Rewards program.

Where is Mobile Order & Pay available?

Mobile Order & Pay is available to use in all stores in the Philippines.

How do I get Mobile Order & Pay on my phone?

Gaining access to Mobile Order & Pay is easy, with only a few simple steps needed:

1. Download the latest Starbucks® Philippines app for iPhone® and Android™. If you are an existing user of the app, check the App Store or Play Store to ensure the app has been updated to the latest version.

2. Ensure location services are turned on to allow the app to display the eligible stores.

3. Register to become a Starbucks® Rewards member if you aren’t already, or log into your account. Customers first need to register as a Starbucks® Rewards member to use of Mobile Order & Pay.

4. Click on the "Order" option from the menu on the bottom panel of the screen and you are ready to use Mobile Order & Pay.

How do I place an order?

To use Mobile Order & Pay, customers follow five easy steps:

1. Click on the "Order" option from the menu on the bottom panel of the screen.

2. Select the beverage and/or food items to order: Just as in our stores, beverages are customizable, including numerous options to modify size, number of espresso shots, dairy selections and more. You can order a maximum of 15 items per mobile order.

3. Select the store for pick up: Approximate wait times will be viewable on the customer’s phone prior to selecting store location. Menu items will also be updated based on availability after the store is selected. Directions will also be available, if needed.

4. Confirm by clicking "Order". At the time of order, payment is made from the customer’s default registered Starbucks Card in the app.

5. Proceed to the selected Starbucks® store to pick up your beverages and/or food: Orders are immediately sent to the selected store where baristas will begin preparing the items. When baristas have finished your order, you will receive a push notification provided by Starbucks® Philippines app.

Will I earn Stars on my mobile order?

Yes, you will earn Stars on your mobile order following the Starbucks Rewards terms of use.

Can I redeem rewards vouchers with my mobile order?

Yes, you can redeem rewards vouchers on eligible mobile order following the Starbucks Rewards terms of use.

How do I pick up my order?

When our store partners have finished your order, you will receive a push notification provided by Starbucks® Philippines app. You can also go to the store where you placed your order within the estimated pick-up time and head to where you'd normally pick up your beverages and/or food.

Once at the hand-off area, tell the barista your name and present your order details to enjoy your mobile order.

How do I choose which store to place my order at?

When you use Mobile Order & Pay for the first time, the app will default to the closest participating Starbucks® store to your current location. The app will also display the current menu availability and estimated pick-up time for your order from that store. You can change stores by tapping the map or using the "Search" function. Once your order is submitted, you cannot change the pick up store. After you’ve made your first Mobile Order & Pay order, the app will default to the store where you made your most recent Mobile Order & Pay purchase.

What can I purchase on Mobile Order & Pay?

Almost all of your favorite Starbucks beverages and food are available through Mobile Order & Pay. The Order section of the app has a menu which lists all available offerings at the participating store. With a few taps on your phone, you can customize your favorite beverages and choose to have food items served warm, just as you can with in store orders.

Are any in-store items not available on the Mobile Order & Pay menu?

While almost all of your favorite Starbucks beverages and food are available through Mobile Order & Pay, at this stage we are not currently offering some Limited-time Offer items, some Starbucks Reserve™ hand-brewed beverage, merchandise, whole beans for Mobile Order & Pay.

Why do some items display as "Temporarily out of stock" in the app even though they may still be available in the store?

If an item is almost sold out at the store, "Temporarily out of stock" will be displayed in the app to ensure the last few are available for in-store orders.

Is there a maximum number of items that can be ordered through Mobile Order & Pay?

You can order a maximum of 15 items.

How close to store closing time can I place a Mobile Order & Pay order?

You can place a Mobile Order up to 30 minutes before the store closes.

Can I place an order before a store is open?

At this time, mobile orders can only be made once the store is open.

How long will my order take through Mobile Order & Pay?

When you place your order, you will be given an estimated pick up time. Times will vary according to the store and time of day. You will also receive a push notification when your order is ready at store.

Why didn’t I receive push notification for my Mobile Order?

Please ensure Notifications are allowed under Settings in the Starbucks® Philippines app and your mobile device in order to receive push notification when your Mobile Order is ready for pick up at store.

Can I cancel or change the wait time of my order after I’ve placed it?

No. After placing an order through Mobile Order & Pay, it is immediately sent to the selected store and our baristas will begin preparing the order. Once the app displays the approximate wait time, you cannot change the wait time of the order.

What is the average wait-time for a Mobile Order & Pay order?

Wait times vary per store, depending on a variety of factors, such as peak hours.

I am an existing Starbucks® Philippines app user. How do I access the Order feature?

Make sure you have installed the most recent update for the app. Check the App Store or Google Play to see if there is an available update. In some cases, users may need to delete the old version of the app and reinstall the latest version.

Can I order the drink to arrive at a time of my choosing?

At this time, there isn’t an option to specify order pick-up time. After placing an order through Mobile Order & Pay, it is immediately sent to the selected store and our baristas will begin preparing the order. The mobile ordering feature will provide you with an approximate wait time, you can go to the selected store within the approximate wait time.
