Creating a Starbucks Account

Do I have to register my Starbucks Card?

No. Registration of your Starbucks Card is optional.


How do I register my Starbucks Card?

Visit the Card registration page with your Starbucks Card details and a valid email address to get started. Upon registration completion, an authentication link will be sent to your registered email address . Click on the authentication link stated in the email and enter your password in the webpage to access your account online.


Why should I register my Starbucks Card?

Registration of your Card will allow you to:
∙ Monitor your load, purchases, and redemptions within the last 90 days
∙ Deactivate your Card and protect your balance in case of loss, theft, or defective Cards
∙ Benefit from pooled load and rewards if you have multiple Starbucks Cards


What are the exclusive registration benefits?

Registration benefits are applied to newly registered accounts. Upon registration, you will enjoy:
∙ A one-time complimentary Grande handcrafted beverage* with up to 2 add-ons
∙ A yearly complimentary slice of cake with a purchase of any handcrafted beverage on your birthday
∙ Customer offers sent to your registered email address when you opt-in to receive notifications from Starbucks Philippines
Registration benefits are applied to newly registered accounts. Birthday benefits shall be available to claim on your next birthday following registration, and every year thereafter, for a long as registered. For account holders with multiple Starbucks Accounts, birthday benefits shall only be availed of once a year under one Starbucks Account.

How will I know if my registration benefits are ready for redemption?

Upon first-time registration, your account is automatically updated with benefits - and your complimentary drink will be available instantly. Your account is also updated on your birthday with a complimentary slice of cake. Just show your Starbucks Card to our baristas and they would know.


Do registration benefits expire?

Yes. Your complimentary drink is one-time and valid for redemption within 60 days after the date of your registration. Your complimentary slice of cake is valid for redemption within 60 days after your birthday.


Can I register multiple Cards under one account?

Yes, you can register multiple Starbucks Cards under one Starbucks Account. Upon registration, your balances and earned Stars from multiple Cards are pooled to your account. You can transact using your account’s total balance and earned Stars using any of your registered Cards.
Please note that registration benefits will be credited the first time you register to a Starbucks account. Succeeding Starbucks Cards added to an existing account are not eligible to registration benefits. For account holders with multiple Starbucks Accounts, birthday benefits shall only be availed of once a year under one Starbucks Account.


Will I be able to view my in-store transactions online?

Yes, you will be able to view all purchases and redemptions made using your Starbucks Card within the last 90 days.


Can I update my personal particulars on my Starbucks Card?

Yes, you can view or update your personal particulars by logging onto your account online.


I can't log in to my Starbucks account. What should I do?

Did you forget your password? If you remember your email address you used when you created your account, you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the log-in page.
Don't have access to your old email address? For your protection, we do not have access to that information. You may only change your registered email address when you are logged on to your account. If you cannot recall your registered email address, please try to recover your address from your email provider.


How does Starbucks protect my privacy after I register my Starbucks Card?

Except as provided in the Starbucks Privacy Statement, Starbucks will not disclose your personal particulars to any third parties. More information is available on the Starbucks Card Terms of Use and Agreement.
