STARBUCKS® REWARDS 

General Mechanics  

1.  Starbucks Rewards is a loyalty program by which Starbucks rewards and thank loyal customers for patronizing Starbucks stores in the Philippines. Starbucks customers who join and participate in Starbucks Rewards (the member) are able to collect and accumulate "Stars" that can be used to redeem Starbucks Rewards benefits ("Rewards") at participating Starbucks stores nationwide; and are eligible to receive certain additional benefits.

2.
Starbucks Rewards runs from October 14, 2024 to October 14, 2025.   


3. A Starbucks customer can join and participate in Starbucks Rewards for FREE by creating a Starbucks Rewards account using an active personal email address. There are two (2) ways to create a Starbucks Rewards account:  
  1. Visit www.starbucks.ph/rewards.  Follow the prompts to create a Starbucks Rewards account.   
  2. Download the Starbucks Philippines mobile app to your Android™ or iPhone® device and follow the prompts to create a Starbucks Rewards account.

  All activated Starbucks Cards can be registered for use in Starbucks Rewards. An individual may only create one (1) Starbucks Rewards account to which a Starbucks Card will be registered.   


5.
 Upon successful registration, all Terms and Conditions apply for the customers who is now part of the Starbucks Rewards Program. 


6.
   A Starbucks Rewards member can collect Stars at the rate of:

  • One (1) Star for every 25.00 (twenty-five pesos) for in-store transactions using registered Starbucks Cards, the Starbucks mobile app or unregistered Starbucks Card as payment. 
  • One (1) Star for every 40.00 (forty pesos) for Lazada or GrabFood transactions after account linking. 
  • One (1) Star for every 50.00 (fifty pesos) for in-store transactions using cash, credit/debit cards, select e-Wallet, Starbucks Gift Certificate, Starbucks e-Gift as payment.
7.   Starbucks Rewards members can link their account to their Grab account to start earning Stars on their Grab orders.
Step 1 - Go to the Food tile on the Grab app and search for Starbucks to order.  

Step 2 - Once you’ve completed your order, go to the ‘Loyalty and Membership’ section on the Order Summary page. Click ‘Add Account’ and type in your Starbucks Rewards log-in details.
  

Step 3- Once you’ve received a notification that you’ve successfully linked your accounts, you will start collecting Stars on all paid and completed GrabFood deliveries. There’s no need to link accounts every time you order Starbucks on GrabFood
 

8.
  Starbucks Rewards members can link their account to their Lazada account to start earning Stars on their Lazada purchases.
  
Step 1 – Go to the Starbucks flagship store on the Lazada app and click on the Member tab  

Step 2 – Click on LINK EXISTING MEMBERSHIP and accept the Terms & Conditions
  

Step 3 – Sign-in using the registered Starbucks Rewards email and password.
 
Stars will be credited to the customer’s Starbucks Rewards account after seven (7) days upon successful delivery. Any Stars earned from a cancelled or returned or refunded order will automatically be adjusted (debited) from the Starbucks Rewards account.  

9.
 One (1) Rewards Voucher is equivalent to 100 Stars, and a Reward Voucher is issued and loaded electronically and automatically to the Starbucks Rewards account of the customer upon accumulation of 100 Stars.  


10.
 A Reward Voucher may be used to redeem one (1) of the following items: any handcrafted beverage (including espresso, blended, brewed, tea and Starbucks Reserve brewed coffee and espresso beverages, but excluding premium Starbucks Reserve coffee and ice cream beverages) OR designated food items such as bakery items and cakes (but excluding sandwiches, salads, pasta or bistro box). All beverages must be standard menu-sized items (short, tall, grande, venti). Cost of additional beverage customizations will be charged to the customer.    


11. A Starbucks Rewards member must present a registered Starbucks Card or the  Starbucks Philippines mobile app to the barista at a participating Starbucks store in order to redeem the Rewards Voucher.
   


12.
 Only one (1) Reward Voucher may be redeemed in a single transaction. In case a Starbucks Rewards member decides to redeem a Reward Voucher at the same time with another item purchased, the most expensive item in the basket will be redeemed as the Reward Offer.  


13.
 Stars collected and accrued in the Starbucks Rewards account but which are not converted to a Rewards Voucher will expire every anniversary date.  Example: If a customer joined Starbucks Rewards on February 9, 2024, and accrued 50 Stars from February 28, 2024 to January 31, 2025, the unconverted Stars will expire on February 9, 2025.   


14.
 If a Starbucks Rewards member is an existing member of My Starbucks Rewards program and transition to Starbucks Rewards, the default anniversary date is set to July 16-18, 2020. 

  
BENEFITS OF STARBUCKS REWARDS as indicated in the Terms & Conditions which can be found in the Starbucks Rewards website: 

1.
   Double-Star Registration Treat. During the first seven (7) days from successful creation of a Starbucks Rewards account, you will be eligible to earn Double-Stars, i.e. Stars are multiplied by two (2), on your eligible purchases at participating Starbucks stores using a registered Starbucks Card or app.  
 

2.   Birthday Reward. A Birthday Reward will be given to you as a Starbucks Rewards member if you joined and created your Starbucks Rewards account at least seven (7) days prior to your birthday (as indicated in your Starbucks Rewards account information), and has earned at least five (5) Stars from an eligible purchase within the past thirty (30) days prior to your succeeding birthdays. You will receive only one (1) Birthday Reward per year regardless of the number of registered Starbucks Cards. 

Your Birthday Reward will be automatically added to your Starbucks Rewards account on your birthday at 6am (as indicated in your Starbucks Rewards account information) and is valid for one-time redemption on the said day and until 6am of the seventh day thereafter. You must present a registered Starbucks Card or your Starbucks Philippines app to the barista at a participating Starbucks store in order to redeem your Birthday Reward. 

Your Birthday Reward can either be: one (1) of the following items: any handcrafted beverage (including espresso, blended, brewed, tea and Starbucks Reserve brewed and espresso beverages, but excluding premium Starbucks Reserve coffee beverages and ice cream beverages) OR designated food items such as bakery items and cakes (but excluding sandwiches, salads, pasta or bistro box). All beverages must be standard menu-sized items. Cost of additional beverage customizations will be charged to your account. Your Birthday Reward may only be redeemed at participating Starbucks stores in the Philippines.

3. Double Star Day. Starbucks may offer Double Star Days, where you can earn twice the number of Stars for the following: 

  • On purchase of a featured promotional drink/s on a random day within the first fourteen (14) days of a campaign.  Starbucks runs seven (7) campaign periods within a calendar year.

  • On the total purchase amount on a random day each calendar month.  Starbucks Rewards customer is required to "activate" your Starbucks Rewards account to earn Double Stars thru the Starbucks Philippines mobile app.

4.  Early or extended access to certain promotions and offers.  Starbucks may offer Starbucks Rewards members early or extended access to select menu items or discounts. You may take part in these offers by paying with a registered Starbucks Card or app at participating Starbucks stores in the Philippines. 

5.   Personalized offers and special offers.  Occasionally, special offers may be distributed to qualified customers as additional rewards to incentivize repeat visits. You must download the Starbucks Philippines mobile app OR opt-in to receive promotional or special emails from Starbucks to receive notice of personalized offers. You must "activate" your personalized offers by clicking a link within the Starbucks Philippines mobile app and may present to the store to redeem those offers.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR STARBUCKS® REWARDS PROGRAM (PHILIPPINES), HEREINAFTER THE STARBUCKS REWARDS, CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SAME. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED OR PARTICIPATE IN STARBUCKS REWARDS. BY ACCESSING OR USING STARBUCKS REWARDS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the STARBUCKS® REWARDS Program (Starbucks Rewards) which is operated by Rustan Coffee Corporation (Starbucks), a licensee of Starbucks Corporation in the Philippines. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Starbucks for products, services or otherwise.

Starbucks reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Starbucks Rewards and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, frequently asked questions (FAQ), or guideline pertaining to Starbucks Rewards at any time upon prior 30-day notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective 30-days upon posting the revisions to www.starbucks.ph/card. 

Your participation in Starbucks Rewards signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies from time to time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Starbucks Rewards. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Starbucks Rewards.

Starbucks Rewards is intended for personal use only. Any and all commercial use is prohibited. Starbucks Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you may only use Starbucks Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read the Starbucks Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Starbucks collects, uses and discloses information about its customers.

ABOUT STARBUCKS REWARDS

Starbucks Rewards is one way by which Starbucks endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing Starbucks stores in the Philippines. Starbucks customers who join and participate in Starbucks Rewards (the “member”) are able to earn and accumulate "Stars" that can be used to redeem Starbucks Rewards benefits ("Rewards") at participating Starbucks stores; and are eligible to receive certain additional benefits.

Joining Starbucks Rewards, Creating an Account and Registering Starbucks Cards

To be eligible to join and participate in Starbucks Rewards in accordance with these Terms of Use, you must create a Starbucks Rewards account. There are two ways of doing this:

Digital Starbucks Card
Visit
 www.starbucks.ph/rewards or in the Starbucks Philippines app and follow the prompts to create an account. When you join Starbucks Rewards, you are automatically provided with a digital Starbucks Card with zero Philippine Peso (0) value, which can be loaded anytime after.

Physical Starbucks Card

You can also register a physical Starbucks Card either online at www.starbucks.ph/rewards or via the Starbucks Philippines app by adding the (16) digit Starbucks Card number and security code. The minimum balance required to activate a physical Starbucks Card issued in the Philippines is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (300.00).

All duly activated digital and physical Starbucks Cards can be registered for use in Starbucks Rewards under these Terms of Use, but an individual may only create one (1) Starbucks Rewards account to which such digital and/or physical Starbucks Cards will be registered.

The Starbucks Card registration process may require that you provide certain personal information using the online registration form, including but not limited to: name, password, email address, Starbucks Card number, and card security code (CSC), birthday, physical address, mobile number, and marketing preferences. All personal information which you provide to us in the course of registration for a Starbucks Rewards account will be held and processed in accordance with the Starbucks Privacy Statement. You are required to provide correct and true information.

Earning Stars


You can earn Stars on the value of your purchase through
  the following ways. Stars are earned in fractional amounts on the total value of the purchase less any discounts.


Purchases in participating Starbucks stores:

When you pay with your digital Starbucks Card via the app, you will earn one (1) Star for every Twenty-five Pesos (25.00). Note that physical Starbucks Card not registered to a Starbucks Rewards account can earn Stars for as long as you have your Starbucks Rewards account readily available for scanning at the register

Scanning your member code in the app and then paying with cash, credit card, debit card, or e-wallets and physical or digital Starbucks gift certificates, will earn one (1) Star for every Fifty Pesos (
50.00).


If you use more than one form of payment in a single transaction, you will earn Stars based on the earn rate associated with each payment. For example. If your order amount is 
500 and you pay 200 with your digital Starbucks Card and 300 with a credit card, you will earn a total of 14 Star: 8 Stars for the amount paid with your digital Starbucks Card, and 6 Stars for the amount paid with your credit card. If you use Starbucks Cards registered to multiple accounts in one transaction, the total Stars earned based on the eligible purchase will be credited to the Starbucks Card last swiped/transacted in the register.

Purchases from the Starbucks store on Grab and Lazada:

You can link your Starbucks Rewards account to your Grab and Lazada account to earn Stars. You will earn one (1) Star for every Forty pesos (40.00). Crediting of earned Stars is within 7 days after successful delivery of your order.

Additional Methods for Earning Stars

From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you special promotions that offer you additional "Bonus Stars". The promotional Bonus Stars will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms and conditions set forth in such promotional offer.

Exclusions to Earning Stars

Certain purchases, transactions or promotional programs are or may be excluded from earning Stars. In addition, you cannot earn Stars on transactions involving Starbucks Cards, such as but not limited to purchase, activations, reloads, transfers, and other similar card-to-card transactions. Furthermore, Government mandated discounts, taxes, tips, donations, and various fees such as but not limited to: shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, are or may also be excluded from earning Stars. Starbucks, at its sole discretion, can include other transactions that are not eligible from earning Stars.

When Stars Are Added to Your Starbucks Rewards Account

Generally, Stars are added to your Starbucks Rewards account within twenty-four (24) hours from an eligible purchase, except offline transactions which are generally added to your Starbucks Rewards account within seven (7) business days. Note that delay in adding Stars to your Starbucks Rewards account may also occur on certain instances, such as during receipt verification.

Stars Earned in Linked Grab Accounts

Once your Starbucks Rewards account has been linked to your Grab account, crediting of Stars is near real-time and will reflect after successful delivery. 

If you decide to unlink your Grab Account in the middle of the on-going transaction, Stars will still be credited
  once the order has been delivered and/or the entire transaction has been fulfilled. However, once your Grab Account is unlinked, Stars will no longer be earned for succeeding orders.


Stars Earned in Linked Lazada Accounts

Your Starbucks Rewards and Lazada Account should still be linked seven (7) days after successful delivery of your order for the Stars to be credited to your Starbucks account. If you decide to unlink your accounts during the seven (7) days after successful delivery, no Stars will be credited to your account.Status of the total Stars you earned to date through all channels --the Starbucks store, Grab or Lazada, may be checked in your Starbucks® Rewards app.

Subsequent valid voiding of an otherwise eligible purchase to which Stars were already added to your Starbucks Rewards account or return of merchandise, packaged coffee, food or tea made in accordance with our return policy will result to automatic deduction from your Starbucks Rewards account of previously earned Stars, except for Stars already converted to a Rewards Voucher or Bonus Stars.
 

Star Redemption

Rewards may be redeemed by converting your Stars to Rewards Voucher. You must present a registered Starbucks Card or your Starbucks Philippines app to the barista at a participating Starbucks store in order to redeem the Rewards Voucher.

One (1) Reward Voucher is issued and loaded electronically and automatically to your Starbucks Rewards account upon accumulation of 100 Stars. The Rewards Voucher has a validity of ninety (90) calendar days from date and time of issuance/loading, and may be used to redeem complimentary Starbucks items in participating Starbucks stores in the Philippines. For example:

Date and time of issuance/loading of Rewards Voucher:  August 1, 2023, 7:00am
Rewards Voucher shall be valid until: October 30, 2023, 7:00am

One (1) Rewards Voucher may be used to redeem any one (1) of the following items: any handcrafted beverage (including espresso, blended, brewed, tea and Starbucks Reserve brewed coffee and espresso beverages, but excluding premium Starbucks Reserve coffee and ice cream beverages) OR designated food items such as
 bakery items and cakes (but excluding sandwiches, salads, pasta or bistro box). All beverages must be standard menu-sized items. Cost of additional beverage customizations will be charged to your account.  

Only one (1) Reward Voucher may be redeemed in a single transaction. In case you decide to redeem a Reward Voucher at the same time that an item/s is/are purchased, the most expensive item in the basket will be redeemed as the Reward Offer, based on Reward Offer eligibility.


Star Expiration

Stars earned and accrued in your Starbucks Rewards account but which are not converted to a Rewards Voucher will expire every anniversary date. For illustration: if you joined Starbucks Rewards on August 1, 2024 and accrued 50 Stars from August 2, 2024 to July 31, 2025, the unconverted Stars will expire on August 1, 2025.

If you are an existing member of My Starbucks Rewards program and transitioned to Starbucks Rewards, your anniversary date is July 16-18, 2020 by default.
 


Additional Benefits of Starbucks Rewards

As a Starbucks Rewards member, you are also eligible for the following additional benefits:

Your Birthday Reward may only be redeemed at participating Starbucks stores in the Philippines.


Bonus Stars on Featured Beverages
. You are also eligible for a Double-Star Day, i.e. Stars are multiplied by two (2), on featured or promotional drinks on a certain day within the promotion period.


Double-Star Day.
 As a Starbucks Rewards member, you are eligible for one (1) Double-Star Day, i.e. Stars are multiplied by two (2), each calendar month beginning no later than five (5) weeks after you have joined Starbucks Rewards. Starbucks will notify you of your designated Double-Star Day each month, which may vary from month to month and will be personalized and selected by Starbucks for you. From time to time, Double-Star Day may also be extended to all Starbucks Rewards members.


You must download the Starbucks Philippines app OR opt-in to receive promotional and marketing emails from Starbucks in order to receive notice of your designated Double-Star Day. You may also be required to "activate" your Double-Star Day each month by clicking a link sent via a notification email or found within the Starbucks Philippines app.

Starbucks reserves the right to exclude certain purchases, products and merchandise from Double-Star Day eligibility; and to modify the Double-Star Day benefit as it deems fit.

Early or extended access to certain promotions and offers.
 Starbucks may offer Starbucks Rewards members early or extended access to special menu items or discounts. You may take part in these offers by paying with a registered Starbucks Card or app at participating Starbucks stores in the Philippines.


Personalized offers and coupons.
 Special offers may be distributed by email, or through the Starbucks Philippines app (including via push notifications). You may be required to opt-in and activate special offers via email or via the Starbucks Philippines app. In order to receive and activate personalized special offers distributed via email, you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing offers from Starbucks; and you may be required to provide a valid email, telephone and physical address.


Special offers may be customized based on your purchase behaviours and preferences, and may include, but not necessarily be, periodic discounts on food, beverages and merchandise, or the opportunity to earn Bonus Stars. Special offers may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. You may be required to present or pay with a registered Starbucks Card in order to redeem special offers. Read each offer carefully for specific details, expiration dates, limitations and restrictions, and to learn whether Bonus Stars will be awarded to your Starbucks Rewards account.


Other Important Information You Should Know

These Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the Starbucks Card Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between the Starbucks Card Terms of Use and these Terms of Use, the Starbucks Card Terms of Use are controlling.

There are no participation or membership fees associated with Starbucks Rewards. Stars accrued in connection with Starbucks Rewards are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of Stars earned and accrued in connection with Starbucks Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated by Starbucks.


Your Stars, Rewards, Rewards Vouchers, registered Starbucks Cards, and your Starbucks Rewards account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have, create and register only one (1) Starbucks Rewards account that is personal to you.


Suspension or Termination of Starbucks Rewards Account and Un-registration/De-activation of Starbucks Cards

Without notice to you, Starbucks reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your Starbucks Rewards account and/or your participation in Starbucks Rewards, and/or un-register or de-activate any Starbucks Card if Starbucks determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated or is in breach of these Terms of Use or that the use of your Starbucks Rewards account or Starbucks Card is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Starbucks may, at its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Starbucks Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative or in violation of these Terms of Use. In the event that your participation in Starbucks Rewards is terminated, all accrued Stars in your Starbucks Rewards account shall be rendered void. We will issue a refund equal to the balance held in your Starbucks Card account less any amounts that you owe us, provided you personally appear at the Starbucks Philippines office at 14 Jupiter Street corner Asteroid Street, Brgy. Bel-air 1, Makati City, and present the original receipt of the registered Starbucks Card. We may require you to present valid identification cards. No fee shall be payable for the refund. Upon verification, a check representing the outstanding value loaded on your registered Starbucks Card shall be mailed to you within seven (7) working days, using your address registered in your Starbucks Rewards account information. Please note that for the security of Starbucks Rewards members, Starbucks stores will not process any request for refund.

Without notice to you, Starbucks also reserves the right to "unregister" and/or de-activate and make ineligible for Starbucks Rewards any Starbucks Card or Starbucks Rewards account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. For clarity, “inactivity” is defined as earning no Stars and having no Starbucks Card balance during such two (2) consecutive years. In the event that your Starbucks Card or Starbucks Rewards account is un-registered or de-activated or rendered inactive, all accrued Stars in your Starbucks Rewards account shall be rendered void.


In the event that your Starbucks Rewards account is suspended or terminated, or your Starbucks Card is un-registered or de-activated, these Terms of Use shall continue to apply in respect of anything that happened prior to the suspension, termination, un-registration or de-activation.


Deletion of Account

You have the option to delete your Starbucks Rewards account through the Starbucks Philippines app or website.  Make sure to fully use your account balance before deleting your account because only accounts with 0 (zero) balance can perform Account Deletion. An account with some balance left will get a notification to deplete/empty the account balance first. Once your account has been deleted, the Stars may no longer be used, the linked Starbucks Cards will be unlinked, and the account history will be deleted. Any account information shall no longer be retrievable and account deletion is irreversible. If you want to re-join Starbucks Rewards, you need to activate a new Starbucks Card and register a new Starbucks Rewards account. Terms of Use shall apply.

Changes to These Terms of Use and Starbucks Rewards

Starbucks reserves the right to change, revise, modify or amend these Terms of Use or Starbucks Rewards at any time for security, legal, regulatory or valid business reasons. Starbucks will post the changes, revisions, modification or amendment to the Terms of Use or Starbucks Rewards on www.starbucks.ph/card. Any change, revision, modification or amendment shall become effective at the time of posting of the changes, revisions, modification or amendments to the website or in Starbucks stores or as otherwise stated in our notice to you, and shall become automatically applicable to you should you continue to use your Starbucks Rewards account after such change, revision, modification or amendment.

Unless we state otherwise, the change, revision, modification or amendment will apply to your existing and future Starbucks Rewards account, and your continued participation to Starbucks Rewards signifies your consent to such change, revision, modification or amendment.


If you do not accept the changes, revisions, modifications or amendments, you may notify us to have your Starbucks Rewards account terminated. You may refund the outstanding value loaded on your registered Starbucks Card by personally appearing at the Starbucks Philippines office at 14 Jupiter Street corner Asteroid Street, Brgy. Bel-Air 1, Makati City, and presenting the original receipt of the registered Starbucks Card. We may require you to present valid identification cards.

No fee shall be payable for the refund. Upon verification, a check representing the outstanding value loaded on your registered Starbucks Card shall be mailed to you within seven (7) working days, using your address registered in your Starbucks Rewards account information. Please note that for the security of Starbucks Rewards members, Starbucks stores will not process any request for account termination and/or refund.


Cancellation of the Starbucks Rewards

Starbucks reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, terminate or cancel Starbucks Rewards or any part of Starbucks Rewards, at any time and at its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice in advance of the intended discontinuance or cancellation. Any available balance of the Starbucks Cards shall be returned as store credits, which, at the sole discretion of Starbucks, may be in the form of one-time vouchers, electronic load, or cash refund, and returned in accordance with the procedure that it will provide.

In the event that Starbucks Rewards is suspended, discontinued, terminated or cancelled, these Terms of Use shall continue to apply in respect of anything either of us did whilst Starbucks Rewards was in force.
 


Governing Law and Venue

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or your participation in or access to Starbucks Rewards, or your use, registration or access to Starbucks Cards will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles. Any suit or action arising out, relating to or connected with these Terms of Use, Starbucks Rewards, your Starbucks Rewards account and Starbucks Cards shall be filed with the proper courts of Makati City, to the exclusion of all other courts.

Severability

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is declared unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
