Choose your reward in the new Starbucks PH app before placing your order in store.

Step 1 – Open the Starbucks PH app, log in, then tap Rewards.

Step 2 – Browse the rewards and tap Use on the one you want to redeem.

Step 3 – A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap Continue to unlock the reward with your Stars.

Step 4 – Your new reward voucher will appear under Your Available Rewards.

Step 5 – View all your vouchers anytime under Your Available Rewards in your account.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Starbucks Rewards Multi-tier program gives you more benefits and flexibility. It is a tiered rewards program with three levels: 50, 100, and 150 Stars — so you can redeem sooner or save up for more.
There are 3 tiers:
• 50 Stars — a drink customization (except Breve and 2oz Heavy • Cream), or a bagel, glazed or chocolate dipped doughnut, or banana loaf
• 100 Stars — any handcrafted drink or bakery item
• 150 Stars — any pasta, sandwich, or cake slice
Your Star balance carries over to the new program — nothing resets on July 21. Your Stars keep their original expiry date.
No — and that’s the upgrade. Instead of an automatic conversion at 100 Stars, you now choose when and what to redeem, starting at just 50 Stars. Redemption is done in the new Starbucks PH app before you order in store.
Yes. Rewards are redeemed through the new Starbucks PH app, available on the App Store and Play Store starting July 21, 2026. You’ll continue to earn Stars by paying with your registered Starbucks Card, with or without the app.
Open the Starbucks PH app, tap Rewards, choose the reward you want, and tap Use. Your reward voucher will appear under Available Rewards — show it when ordering in store. (Full step-by-step guide above.)
Pay with your registered Starbucks Card (physical or in the app) to earn 1 Star for every ₱25 spent on beverages, food, or merchandise in our stores. Stars cannot be earned on purchases of gift certificates, Starbucks Cards, or Starbucks Card reloads.
Link your Grab and Lazada accounts to your Starbucks Rewards account to earn 1 Star for every ₱40 spent on Starbucks orders via delivery or the official Starbucks Flagship store on Lazada, using any payment method.
Stars are credited to your account within 7 days of successful delivery. Stars from cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will be adjusted from your account.
Yes — you earn Stars on the amount you pay with your registered card. The redeemed item itself does not earn Stars.
You’ll see your Star balance in the new Starbucks PH app.
Yes. Stars are valid for one (1) year and expire on your Anniversary Date each year if unused. Redeem them for rewards in the app before they expire.
A reward voucher is valid for 90 days from issuance. Once a voucher is issued, it cannot be converted back to Stars.
Existing vouchers remain valid until their original expiry date and can be used in store as usual.
Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions. PWD and Senior Citizen discounts cannot be applied to redeemed rewards (for example, a drink redeemed with a free customization), as these items are already redeemed using your Stars.
The 100-Star reward covers any handcrafted drink in any size; add-ons and customizations are charged separately.
Rewards can currently be redeemed in stores only. Grab and Lazada orders earn Stars, but rewards cannot be redeemed on those platforms.
